The program

Our 4-Week Journey

Week 1
Beginning the Conversation

We explore why mortality is so difficult to discuss and how beginning the conversation can create more clarity, connection, and appreciation for life.

Week 2
Living Before Dying

Before asking how we want to die, we ask how we want to live. We explore meaning, purpose, legacy, forgiveness, gratitude, relationships, and the people and experiences that matter most.

Week 3
Making Peace with Mortality

We gently explore fear of death and the emotional, spiritual, psychological, and medical questions that can accompany it, with practices that support courage, acceptance, and presence.

Week 4
Planning with Love

We discuss advance directives, healthcare decisions, hospice and palliative care, comfort, family communication, and the value of creating clarity before crisis. Planning can be an act of care for ourselves and the people we love.
