Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To preserve physician availability and maintain a high-quality patient experience, the following policies apply:
Appointment Confirmation
- Full payment is required to reserve and confirm your appointment time.
- Appointments are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations.
Late Cancellations
- Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations
- Reserved physician time may not be refunded due to the limited nature of appointment availability.
Credits Toward Future Visits
- When applicable, any eligible remaining balance after cancellation fees may be applied toward a future appointment.
Membership Policy
- Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated.
